1. Seller and scope

The online store vinorosso.love is operated by Azienda Agricola Attanasio, Via Bologna 1, 73041 Carmiano (LE), Italy, VAT No. IT03154580751. Orders, complaints and withdrawal: info@vinorosso.love, telephone +39 351 409 4084, e-invoicing recipient code (SDI) M5UXCR1.

These terms apply to products purchased on the website. Accommodation and experience bookings are governed by specific terms shown at the time of booking.

Consumer protections apply to individuals acting outside their trade or profession. Business purchases are governed by the applicable rules and any express agreements; consumer withdrawal rights do not automatically apply to businesses.

2. Products and sale of alcohol

Each product page sets out its characteristics, size, quantity, price and food information: please read it before ordering. Differences in photographs do not change the stated characteristics.

Alcoholic beverages are sold to adults only and are subject to any further age and delivery requirements of the destination country. We may request the necessary checks, including on delivery.

3. Ordering and contract formation

Select your products, review the basket, enter your details, choose delivery and payment and check the summary before submitting your order. You can correct your details until you submit. The final button clearly indicates that the order involves an obligation to pay.

After submission you receive an email summarising your order. The order is accepted and the contract concluded when payment is received: for PayPal and cards, on payment confirmation; for bank transfer, when the funds reach our account. We confirm acceptance by email together with these terms, which we recommend you keep.

Once the contract is concluded, no further charges may be made without your express consent. If an ordered product is no longer available, we inform you promptly and refund the corresponding amount; a substitution requires your agreement.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and, for consumers, include applicable taxes. Delivery charges and any other costs are shown in the basket and in the order summary before you submit your order. You are not required to pay any additional costs that were not disclosed to you and accepted by you.

Available payment methods are those shown at checkout (PayPal, cards through PayPal and bank transfer, where enabled). Bank transfers follow the instructions given in the order. Never send us card details by email.

5. Delivery area, VAT and excise

We sell and deliver in Italy and the other Member States of the European Union, subject to the availability of delivery services and the requirements applicable to the products ordered. This online store does not accept orders for destinations outside the European Union. Conditions and any applicable destination-specific charges are checked before the order is confirmed.

VAT and any applicable excise obligations are handled in accordance with the rules applying to the customer type, product and destination country. Before confirming an order for delivery to another EU Member State, we check the applicable requirements and communicate any relevant charges and costs. Local formalities or restrictions may affect whether delivery is possible. Sales to businesses are subject to the relevant tax treatment and do not automatically qualify for VAT exemption or zero-rating.

If an order for another EU country involves charges not shown at checkout or delivery restrictions, we contact you before shipping: if you do not accept, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.

6. Shipping, delivery and risk

We ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. Available destinations and delivery charges are shown at checkout before purchase; delivery times depend on the carrier and the destination. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place without undue delay and in any case within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract. In the event of delay, statutory remedies apply, including setting an additional delivery period and, where the legal conditions are met, terminating the contract.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the products, subject to statutory exceptions for a carrier independently chosen by the consumer. Please report visible damage promptly and keep the packaging and product: this helps us assist you and does not limit your statutory rights.

7. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, where provided by law, without giving any reason. To withdraw within that period you can use the Withdraw from the contract here function (online withdrawal), which immediately sends you an acknowledgement of receipt by email; alternatively you can email info@vinorosso.love, for example using the form in section 10. Where products from a single order are delivered separately, the period starts when the last product is received, where provided by law.

Collection of returns: we collect the returned products with our own carriers, agreeing the arrangements and timing with you. Products must be returned to us within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. The returns address is: Cantina Attanasio, SP 119 Lecce – Porto Cesareo, 73043 Copertino (LE), Italy. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, for a change of mind the direct cost of returning the products is borne by the consumer.

The refund includes the amounts legally due, including the original standard delivery costs where required, and is made without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold it until we receive the products or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Consumers are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the products. Withdrawal is not generally excluded for wine or food: any statutory exception, for example for personalised or rapidly perishable products, is stated on the product page before purchase.

Bottles opened because a defect is suspected follow the complaints procedure in section 8, separately from change-of-mind returns.

8. Statutory guarantee and complaints

Products sold to consumers are covered by the statutory conformity guarantee under the Italian Consumer Code. We are liable for lack of conformity existing at delivery that becomes apparent within two years, taking account of the nature and characteristics of the product. Statutory remedies include restoring conformity free of charge and, where the conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract.

For damaged bottles, corked wine or other non-conformities, email info@vinorosso.love promptly, keep the product and packaging and, where possible, attach photographs: they help us assess the problem and do not waive any of your rights. Complaints about defects are handled without improper charges to the consumer.

9. Governing law, disputes and personal data

Italian law applies, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections they enjoy, including those of their country of habitual residence. Mandatory rules on jurisdiction and the consumer’s court apply to disputes with consumers where provided by law. You may send us a complaint using the contact details in section 1; recourse to the competent courts always remains available.

Personal data are processed as described in the website privacy notice. Accepting these terms is not consent to receive marketing communications. Future changes do not apply to orders already concluded.
